Dancing Granny takes Guinness

A blogger friend of mine recently tuned me in to this amazing British woman, 77- year- old Sarah “Paddy” Jones, who moved to Spain, took up Salsa dancing and took 1st place in a well-known Spanish talent television program. Sarah recently received the Guinness World Record as the Oldest Salsa Dancer. If you want to feel inspired to try something new, take up a  forgotten old love, or just watch some amazing dancing, check out this video as well as “Is 75 the new 45?” on  The Gutsy Writer.

    (I’m loosing weight so Gr. can do the lifts ; )

    Aw, yeah! Salsa is the way to go! It gets in your blood at whatever age. Way to go Granny–inspirational.
